In this case, a zirconia veneer was fabricated for tooth #21, while a screw-retained zirconia crown was placed on implant site #11.<\/p>

A custom dynamic abutment was designed to support the crown, allowing us to shape an individualized emergence profile that ensured natural soft tissue support without distortion.
